I was not going to out HPE on this but this is almost 2 weeks and their online payment system to order parts is still down. REALLY? 2 weeks. I am not sure if pathetic or insane is the best description of the situation. And in spite of their inability to take my payment they will not allow me to use a purchase order and bill me. Sigh!

Why not? Two weeks is fairly unacceptable. No other source for the parts you need?

What part are you looking for as I may be able to help.
Entering week 3. I have ordered elsewhere but interesting to see how long one of the industries top IT suppliers can take to fix their online payment system. Also funny to see how none of the HPE people on here will even touch this post.

Actually, not funny - didn’t see it until now. Apologies for that - best way to get my attention or Mark’s is to tag us.
I’m completely unaware of an issue with an online payment system but I’ll bet a lot of money that if it’s holding up selling stuff, it’s not something within HPE’s control. Feel free to send me details and I’ll see if I can figure it out but I don’t have contacts in the HPE Parts store. If you have a name of an HPE contact you’re dealing with, please let me know who that is.
And again, apologies that I didn’t see this until tonight when I was going through things that I haven’t had time to do over the last couple of weeks.

I got an email on Tuesday stating that it was back up. I have already ordered 3rd party parts as I just could not wait. This is also making me rethink future server purchases, not because I have been unhappy with the last 3 HP servers I purchased, but when in a bind, you want to know that your vendor is going to help you any way they can. Hardware is pretty much the same, it is support that makes the difference.
