M graduation was sunday the 28th, with my party held right after. It was great fun! Party was catered by pizza, a pool table, and a Foosball table. (we reserved a bar for the party). Had an amazing time shooting pool and playing games with friends and family.
I’m going on to study computer networking at collage and i’m keeping the job I currently have as an intern. I’m so incredibly happy to have graduated and gotten this job, and i’m lucky to have a great community such as spiceworks for helping me with issues and providing endless hours of entertainment. Thank you all!

Good job. I remember getting out of high school, and it was a pretty surreal feeling to finally be “done” with something that had up until that point consumed most of my life. College is going to likely be more of the same though, but you’ll be a bit more in control of your schedule. Going to school and working is going to likely prove to be utterly exhausting, but it’s not impossible, and it’s what I did so that I could pay for college. If you didn’t sign up for Summer classes, I suggest you make the most of this last one.

I plan to. Going to have a massive get together with my friends this August. All day all night kinda thing. Everyone’s bringing their computers and we’re gonna have one hell of LAN before everyone gets to busy with work/school to hang out like that again. I’m not missing it now, but I have a distinct feeling that i’m going to miss high school later down the road.

Yeah…naw, don’t worry about that. You might get a bit nostalgic for a something here and there, but really all you’ll probably miss are having summers off. Maybe you don’t have the burning hatred for school I did, but I’m WAY happier as a 30 year old than I ever was in middle or high school. Or college for that matter. I was told a million times growing up that I’d miss school once I was out, and I absolutely do not. And especially since you’re going straight into college, it’ll probably feel like the same jump as when you went to from middle school to high school. Aside from having a bit more control and some of the work being harder, it’s not really all that different.
