I installed the latest Beta (4?) on my Windows 7 machine today, using the defaults. This was the first time I had installed this software (no previous betas ever tried).

The install completed as expected, and opened up the monitor dash in the browser when it was ready.

I realized soon after that I was a dummy and installed it on the wrong drive (lack of space).

Uninstalled the beta and rebooted.

Installed it again, picking the proper drive this time, but still using all other defaults.

It installs, but all I get is “Page not found” type errors now when trying to access it in the browser.

Using Netstat shows me that there’s nothing listening on the ports, and I don’t see the service(s) listening on ANY port.

Restarting the 3 services didn’t help any, rebooting didn’t help any. “Repairing” the install didn’t help. The services ARE running.

Any suggestions? :slight_smile:

That sounds like some things are definitely going wrong.

Could you please shut down (or kill) the services and use the tray icon to package your logs up? I’ll PM you instructions on how to get your logs to me.
