Hi everyone.

Please help me out with this. I have been trying to install Network Monitor since the Beta stage, but could not make it.

At first, I thought it was a problem on my installer download, so I did a new download. tried to install, but no success.

Then I tought i could be a installer version problem. New version was released, downloaded and guess what? Nothing happened.

Now I downloaded the new RC version and i’m still unable to make it work.

Before posting this, I’ve searched through the SW Monitor Fórum for any problem like mine, Found a topic named Instalation error, but the error on that topic was installing a new device to Network Monitor.

I also have removed all the old instalation files before trying every new install.

Tryed to install it on a VM using Windows 7 Pro x64, It was installed, but couldn’t acces the user interface. All that happened was na icon on Notification Tray.

Attached is the error log I got while the RC Install.

Sorry you’re having issues w/ the installer. PM me with some availability windows and we’ll try to setup a time for a screen share session to get it installed for you.
