Our company is currently searching for an invoice digitizing solution. We’d like to be able to scan in, store and search invoices in the system. I’ve been looking around but all I seem to find is OCR solutions that can scan and make the invoices searchable which is great and I understand this is what makes the invoices machine readable. However, we’d like a full archiving system that will store it and categorize it on its own. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks for the help!

If you want to scan and make everything on the invoice searchable you will need an OCR solution. That is what OCR does.
