I track a lot of purchases for multiple projects. I try to track what has been received vs what has been invoiced/processed for payment. I only process after it is received. It would be nice to see if an item has been received and processed for payment. Is there a plug in to add that status to the purchasing piece?

There is not a plugin to my knowledge, but I have a suggested workaround.

I would use a custom attribute at the purchase level to flag a purchase as invoiced / processed. Make it a dropdown list that you can change within each purchase item.

Then, you could create a report of all purchases that have been marked received and show your custom attribute of invoiced / processed within that report for a specific time period. That would at least give you a working list.
