I have about 100 iPads and 50 iPhones. Going to get about 150 more phones in the near future. These are across different branches and different lines of work. What do you guys like to use for full control and granular separation of groups (IT, marketing, operations, management, etc.)? For example, maybe I want to lock someone out of everything except a single app while others will have full control and can do downloads and calls and what not.
These will be on mostly Verizon and some ATT if that matters.

Being able to automatically push updates through third party providers like TestFlight is a plus.

We use Meraki System Manger. I find the interface to be a little clunky, but it does the job. You assign your devices “tags” and can control and separate them that way. I’m not sure about the 3rd party provider part.

I believe Jamf is considered one of the best MDM solutions for Apple devices, but I have not had an opportunity to use it yet.

One of my coworkers set up Moysle manager for a client and he seemed to like more than Meraki MDM. I haven’t messed with it at all and I believe it is geared more towards schools but it’s probably worth taking a look at.

MobileIron has a very robust MDM you might want to take a look at.

Have a look at Maas360 which seems to have lots of options!
