A couple of minutes ago I started to notice that tickets are not created when an e-mail is sent to the defined address… It was working yesterday.

Anyone with the same problem?

I tested on my cloud helpdesk, and I’m seeing the same thing.

Update: They’re coming in, but super delayed (as in 2-3 hours late).

Same here, even weirder is one of our admin accounts logs into a different one of our accounts.

Everything should be good now.
