I purchase around 8 BE50H-T models for display but having use with app not find TV’s. Not find the TV’s on iPhone 8 Pro or Samsung Galaxy Tablet. Yes, same WiFi SSID. Both TV app and iPhone/Tablet running app version 1.2.3.

Thanks. Did a factory reset on one of them, but now dice. Still the same issue.
So the TV’s have app version 1.2.3., and the Google Play Store and iOS have version 1.4.4. I’m trying to find out how to update the TV’s to the new version. But there isn’t much help out there. Could that be the reason I can’t find the TV’s?
