I am sure I can probably do it in Excel or MS Project from scratch, but I think that there may be already IT tools/templates out there for this purpose that automatically calculate the data as it is being entered (such as % complete). I would prefer not to build this from scratch if possible<\/p>\n

Also can look at Microsoft SmartSheets which is more of a project planner than a performance evaluator.<\/p>\n
