We are new to spiceworks and are very excited to see what it can do.

Can anybody tell me what the best way to use spice works is with regards to us a third party managing multiple companys on multiple sites?

Can we use the same email account? Can the networks be isolated on one login?

Hello.

Spiceworks have the Remote Sites / Remote Collectors feature:

You can set up one main installation at you office, and then multiple remote sites in you clients, pointing to your main installation. The remote sites will gather the information about the environments and send it to main office where you’ll have centralized information.

Every remote site can have a customized user portal:

http://community.spiceworks.com/help/User_Portal

The remote sites will have a name wich will be added to field location of devices in inventory and even tickets can be sorted this way.
