Thanks for posting a position to the community.

I’m not looking for a job, but noticed a few things, might help the posting…

  • What is the salary range for this position?

  • Able to work seated for 9 or more hours per workday

  • This indicates you will not get up to use the bathroom, take a lunch, and you will remain seated for a 45-hour work week. Is the expectation actually 9-hours seated per day or is it more like “for long periods of time”?- Able to work 40 or more hours per work week, as needed

  • Since it will likely be exceeding 40-hours, is the candidate salary exempt or is there financial reimbursement for overtime? If there isn’t financial reimbursement for OT, what about additional PTO in exchange for more than 40-hours worked? If any of my staff I managed worked an hour of time over, I gave them an extra hour of personal time since they were exempt.- This is listed as a team lead position, will the person be responsible for direct reports or are they simply an escalation point for technical issues? If they have direct reports, how many are they responsible for?

I think these are just copied from some generic head hunter template to a head hunting site ??

Doesn’t look like a head hunter site, it’s just their career board in their Paylocity system. But yeah it’s generic if you look at the other similar postings.

That’s a terrible answer.

If you cant answer the questions or don’t know - It would be more suitable to just say you don’t know, than advise people to ‘apply’.

Seems like you may be on commission for this.
