What do you think of the new Spiceworks logo? Water Cooler

I think we'd all agree that Spiceworks is a GREAT site, but that logo exudes anything but greatness. It needs help! What does that odd/shape represent? I'd rather see something more theme based that plays off the spice levels or ties into what the site facilitates (discussions about tech, etc).
