Responsibilities

" Provide IT support

" Provide friendly and helpful customer service customers

" Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software

" Resolve issues for customers via phone, in person, or electronically

" Recommend hardware and software improvements

" Track customer issues and resolutions

" Manage customer side corporate system upgrades

Manage IT vendors

Troubleshoot smart phones (Apple, Windows, and Android)

" Help with projects (i.e. intranet rewrite, new access database, etc.)

Requirements

" Ability to build rapport with customers

Working knowledge of Office 365

Ability to work with and manage vendors

Basic networking, and VOIP troubleshooting

Ability to configure Firewalls and security measures.

" Windows 10 troubleshooting

" Windows Server troubleshooting and configuration

Vmware knowledge and troubleshooting

" Must have hardware troubleshooting skills to repair and upgrade PCs

" Ability to maintain confidentiality per firm policies and guidelines

Ability to travel to remote offices.
