Keyboard Shortcut Keys to use SpiceWorks

This is regarding the use of spice works. Are there any keyboard shortcut keys to access the help desk portal. If there any kindly guide the path. It would help to use the system fast.

I am not aware of any specific shortcuts within the app itself, unless they are browser specific.

Welcome to the Spiceworks community and congratulations on your first post, @spiceuser-ni3.

While there may have been shortcuts/hotkeys for the deprecated, on-premises version of Spiceworks, known as Spiceworks Inventory and Help Desk, or more simply, Spiceworks Desktop, there are no such options available from my experience when using the online Cloud Help Desk version. Even on the main screen, I pressed all keyboard letters and nothing happened.

To speed up the system and make your work more efficient, you could use Tickets Anywhere commands when typing your internal notes or public response to a ticket (despite the linked page indicating it’s just for use via email). I heavily use the #add {time} command so that I don’t have to navigate the page to add in my labour.

I don’t believe there are any specific shortcuts.

As @clutka mentioned, if you reply to the ticket notifications as an admin, this will be the quickest way and will allow all outlook shortcuts to be used. Via the portal though, there aren’t any specific shortcuts.
