With my team’s Knowledgebase articles already being shared, there should be a way to integrate them into the cloud user portal for end users to see. A simple button or something that can take users to a page that show’s all kb articles that my team has published in a central area.

I think it would help us as a whole to have a place to say “check HERE for fixes to common issues”.

I would be happy to see this feature in user portal.

How this was missed when it was a major part of the desktop application is beyond me, and that it only has 3 votes is a Joke… if only the feature request pages were searchable…
