We’ve got around 30 laptops that our nurses use in a clinic setting. Right now we have them in a double sided cabinet on wheels that has sliding shelves. They keep destroying cords and complaining about the mess. IT has re-organized it at least a half dozen times in the almost 3 years I’ve been here, so I’m looking for something to replace it with, preferably rolling, with no sliding shelves.

Does anyone have any that they use and would recommend?

Maybe something along the lines of this, but larger capacity:

How much are you looking to spend? I cannot remember the exact brand that I used before, but this ( Charging Carts: Charge and Manage Laptops and Tablets | Ergotron ) is pretty similar. It comes in two different sizes. One for 20 and one for 30.

Good reply, Dwill. Jess, I know your looking for a cart now, but for long term, would do you think tablets with vertical docking stations might work better?

I know Motion Computing is a popular brand in the medical field as I’ve seen them in plenty of medical offices.

Since last time I looked, they now seem to have a multi-bay charging cabinet.

I work in a school district, and we use Earthwalk and Luxor carts. They come in high capacity models, are easy to set up, and secure. We use them for Chromebooks, but they should easily fit larger laptops. A few self-adhesive plastic clips at each shelf level makes the wiring neater.
