So one of my users logs into the vpn and sees his bookmark to log into the network. If he chooses HTML5 the message session timed out comes back. If he chooses Native it does not let him use his Choose a different log on credential and it is set to his email address not his network name. Does anyone have a suggestion on what is wrong and or how to fix this?

So if I clear out all of the browsing history/cache including passwords it works. But only a couple of times. Then I have to clear out ALL of the browsing history/cahe again for it to work again. At least we have a work around but not the solution. Happens with Chrome and Edge on a Dell Laptop (about a year old as of this writing).
