Leasing Fiber?

I was curious if anyone has some input on pricing for leasing fiber to businesses? We have recently placed about a mile of fiber on our land and a number businesses would like to tie into it and utilize it for internet service. Right now we’re not looking to provide the service for them and would rather allow the businesses to lease the line and allow the ISP to extend service on our lines from the D-marc located in the building that their fiber line terminates.
