LG Tablet Project

Recently discovered a LG tablet, model VK700, running Android version 5.0.2. It will not be deployed out to any users, and it is in great condition. It would be a shame for it to sit idle.

Any thoughts on what to do with it? Any cool projects to fill in the down time?
