I haven’t used Spiceworks in 7 years, so please forgive me if I am asking what seem to be foolish questions for a while. I have started consulting at a small sized company that is needing a Ticketing system for 100ish users Is there a limit to Users or devices in the free version of Spiceworks, are there any benefits to licensing /limitations to not licensing it that I should know about before making a recommendation to the firm? Other options which I have used in the past, and are being considered are Numera Track-IT! and a custom Access database (my least favorite option). Any suggestions would be very welcome. Thank you in advance for your thoughtfullness and putting up with my ignorance of the product.

I cannot talk to you about any other product, but Spiceworks doesn’t limit anything. The product is free and completely unlimited. And support is free.

We do have a Cloud Based version now which we charge a nominal fee for, but that’s more to cover associated hosting costs.

Thank you so much for the inormation. I like the product when I used it previously, and I lhad forgotten the name until just recently. I am glad to have redisovered it. It is definatley a great product.
