If I were looking to rent a couch or spare bedroom near Downers Grove for a week in April, where on earth would I look? Craigslist seems useless but then I have never used it so not sure I am looking right. VRBO has one place close enough but they want $300 a night… might as well get a hotel for that price.

Any ideas? A fellow spicehead would love the help.
