Can anyone advise as to how we stop our scans from setting our Mac addresses to not set? This seems to be happening a lot.
We’re using the latest version but it’s made no improvement in this area.

It’s losing the MAC address entirely? That’s weird. Email support@spiceworks.com. You have something entirely new for them to look over.
Did you enter inall of your network credentials (AD Domain Admin, SNMP, etc.)?

Thanks for your reply. We have credentials entered but a lot of these devices do show up on the scan errors as no ports open. But with that said, how can it find the mac address one time, and then reverse it another? It doesn’t seem to make much sense to us.
