Anyone have any experience with McAfee EPO?
We have recently had to move to McAfee for our production systems as it was the best of a bad bunch that’s supported by our SCADA providers!
I set it up and rolled it out to a number of computers & servers on the production network.
The issue is using the same install link doesn’t give the same results.
Some are installing the full end point suit some are installing no more than the agent

Sometimes it takes time for the machine to update and install the features. Try waking the agents and click the box the shows "Force complete policy and task update"

I installed them over 5 hours ago, but 2 of the 4 still aren’t right. Last known communication unknown

Tried to wake up the agent there with the options advised, but still seeing no difference

I’ve seen some that took over 24 hours, is it showing managed? Have you tried pushing the package to that machine again?

Yea it is showing as managed just no other software apart from the agent, guess I’ll just wait till Monday and see if it’s come on to the machines

Still nothing showing up. Might introduce a new server to the network and host the EPO on site see if that resolves

Ended up having to use the end point removal tool and redeploying
