On some users, when we change some info in AD, the changes synch correctly in Micollab but for some reason when we want to save the changes, we get a

Failed to edit user or phones: Update User Error.

The user are IDS managed but for this example the changes doesn’t want to reflect on the Micollab server

I have seen this fault before when trying to sync a change through to the Mitel system when changing a an AD record to show an employee is being changed from being just a contact in MiCollab to actually needing to be a user and vise versa, is this what you are needing to change? I have had this issue logged with Mitel via our provider and it is a known fault and am waiting on a fix. The same issue also prevents contacts that have been created from being deleted from the Mitel system too…

Thanks for you reply, I have Mitel looking into it as well and still waiting on some feedback. What I end up doing is deleting the user from the system and recreating it and that usually solve the issue
