I’m writing in as we’re facing an issue for one of our clients with the following error message:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
We have attempted to list the structure where these files are contained as a trusted location with IP (not DNS/Server Name) for now however, this issue is outstanding alongside with issues being experienced where multiple users can’t access same sheet at the same time etc.<\/p>\n
My query is as follows:<\/p>\n

In this instance the external software provider for this issue resolved this problem by recreating a lot of the data in use.<\/p>\n
