We have a few Mitel 6940 phones deployed so far. We also have a MIVB and MiCollab server with MiCollab Client running on it.

I’ve gone into the MiCollab Client Service area of the MiCollab server and then under Accounts. I’ve uploaded pictures for everyone that has a MiCollab Client license.

The issue I’m seeing is when putting their extensions in MIVB under the Keys tab of a user with User Speedcall as the Line Type: Alot come across on the 6940 phones with their pictures, but some do not.

I’m assuming the pictures are coming from the MiCollab Client Service: Accounts area.

Some more info:
I had 2 employees where 1 took another extension, and another that didn’t have an extension, took his. After a day, both of their pictures appeared correctly.

I assumed this was due to some sync that happened overnight.

But… my extension, my picture, which i’ve tried different pictures, different formats: jpg and gif, won’t appear either on my 6940 or on a key.

I got a new picture for an employee, i went into the MiCollab Client Service: Accounts area, removed his old picture, saved, went back in and uploaded the new picture, saved, and I saw the change on my phone right away.

Odd behavior, I’m not sure where all to look, if the picture has to be a certain format or size or dimensions, what restrictions on the pictures are there?

Any insight or help is apprecitated.
