We have a lot of people complaining about Mitel Connect randomly not showing their contacts, or if they’re visible, the presence indicator rings (which indicates user has the Connect client running, and can receive IMs) are missing.
I’m pretty sure I’ve narrowed this down to a video/graphics issue as this happens to me when I RDP into my work machine. The issue persists regardless of client version (at least as current as 3953)
Exiting and restarting the app usually “fixes” things, but I’m curious if anyone’s found a way around this issue.
Anyone find a way to stop this from happening?

We had almost te same issue but we use Ignite web client and after we had the latest upgrade done the issue was resolved. Maybe it wil works with your system to

Is the Ignite web client only for contact center users?
Your comment gave me the idea to enable the Mitel Connect extension for Chrome for the one user whose desktop client fails constantly, so thanks!
