question regarding hardware diagnostics and/or logs for intune joined devices: what are you using to monitor logs when a device has an issue and need to investigate further? for example look through event viewer etc ?
any of you using an agent-less solution ?

It depends on the issue. Intune can pull logs from the endpoint. I start with those, and then use Event Viewer or another tool if the logs from Intune do not provide relevant info.

this looks more like a teamviewer replacement . i was looking more like a lansweeper replacement.

i tried the logs from the endpoint, a lot of info though. it would take for ever to find what you need. i was looking for something that would capture event viewer errors and stores them so we can examine later.

The diagnostic logs in Intune include the core event logs (System, Application, etc.), as well as some of the more specific logs

they do, among some other stuff. i downloaded the logs from my pc - no major issues for a while so just the normal stuff: 639 Files, 17 Folders - too much noise that makes it a bit hard to go through and find what you need.
