Hi

We are currently on a journey to become serverless with business only really using o365 suite and other SaaS apps.

I have migrated all users to office 365 by setting up hybrid environment with an AD and Exchange. This weekend I’ve decomm’d the exchange and now I’m looking at the domain controller.

All PCs are joined to the on prem AD server but can also see all devices in Azure AD obviously because of AD Connect. To decom the o prem AD server, do I need to first move all PCs to Azure AD or can they remain on the domain joined profile since it’s linked to Azure AD already?

What’s the best way forward here?

{"@type":"Person
[{"@type":"Answer

1st join the devices to Azure AD, set up Intune, and decommissioned AD/DC’s over the weekend.
