Power Automate is a great tool for automating the mundane stuff. We have our own automation tool, but we still use power automate fro some stuff like user account management and incident management. I don’t have any templates on hand as they are mostly with dev but head over to GitHub and I’m sure you will find loads.

Thanks lot Stefan for ur kind advice

We started using power automate and other ms power tools over a year ago, and are using it more and more. It’s a great low-code solution to a LOT of issues and unique data gathering/processing needs. The only real considerations are how many people need to use it at once and how big the data sets that drive it/it collects are. It is cheap to use with sharepoint lists as the data store, but be aware that sharepoint lists get a bit unruly and need to be managed/archived once lines of data exceed a couple thousand rows. High-info or high user count applications may need to use a more robust backend for data, sql server or some other dataverse solution… but it is a heckuva useful tool, there’s not much you can’t figure out a way to accomplish with it.

Hey CraiGrrr, I absolutely agree as u rightfully mentioned that it is a heckuva useful tool, there’s not much you can’t figure out a way to accomplish with it.That is the more reason why I raised the topic for those of us, who are scared or with no how of using powershell to script every repetitive tasks in a domain…Knowledge is power and the more knowledge we share, the more power we all get…Thanks alot
