hey I have a network bridged by vpn. I want to scan both networks locally from 192.168.1.1-254 and 192.168.2.1-254. how can I do this

Hi,

If your talking about having Spiceworks scan multiple networks, I’m not sure if this version is able to. I know version 5 you were able to “Add New Scan Range”. I don’t see one for this version. Someone else might be able to shed more light on this.

Yes, you can add more IP ranges, IP addresses, or hostnames under Settings->Device Scanning.

Okay, Just wanted to follow up to help on this…I looked where Jackie said and the version I have (

7.4.00060)…on your dashboard click on “Settings” then go to “Network Scans” then “Find More Devices”, then enter your IP Range, IP address or Hostnames…then click “Add”. Hopefully this is what your looking for?
