Want to use Spiceworks to support offsite computers. I am using Hamachi to create a VPN. However my Spiceworks does not see that network. Any help here? Thank you in advance.

Let me go back a bit. I’m trying to set this up for my family. Not many of them are computer savy. I want them to be able to just send me a ticket telling me whats wrong, and then i can log into that pc (i am using LogMeIn.com for that) . Could someone please give me a hand. I’m a noob to Spiceworks.
I use hamachi and spiceworks also. However, when someone has a computer problem, they just open a chat window to let me know. When I see it, I open a Remote desktop connection and can usually correct the issue that way.
