Hi

I am looking to consolidate all our monitoring systems down to one. We have an excellent in house infrastructure team, but their time is limited. Therefore I am looking for a partner who could potentially assist us with evaluating spiceworks and if the product is selected as our monitoring solution, look for your assistance in the development and implementation of the system on our behalf.

If you are interested or can provide these services, please get in touch and I can email you a copy of our RFI.

I hope this doesnt constitute spam - it is a legitimate request.

Thanks

Andrew

What kind of monitoring…

While SW will do some Monitoring and it does it pretty well… its more of an Inventory / HelpDesk Then Monitor for specific things but only at larger intervals…

I’m sure there are a few great system integrators that will help you along but just wanted to post that little tidbit…

all systems including about 180 virtual servers, cisco switches/routers/phone system, storage and DR site.

Spiceworks is awesome but I gotta say you really should look at Nagios,it will monitor just about anything and scales very well.

Its a pain to setup at times but well worth the effort  Spiceworks really does alot but if you plan on mission critical realtime monitoring you need something like nagios and maybe cacti for some datagraphs.

thanks to all for the feedback.
