Network+, Certified!

I’ve been in IT for a long time now and haven’t really worried about certifications or degrees, but I’m at a point in my career that it would be nice to back up all my experience with some certs. I studied for two weeks and then went and passed my Network+ test today. I’m going to do the Security+ next month. Just wanted to put out there that if you work for it, and have some experience, you don’t need the college prep courses. It’s nice to see all this life experience paying off.

Any tips, I will be taking Network+ soon for one of my college classes. I will be finishing all the course work by the end of the weekend and hope to take the test within the next week or so.
