Hello,

I just recentlly downloaded spiceworks on a separate PC that I have because acording to the website it does not run in Mac. I really liked what it does but I’m having a little trouble starting off this program. My computers are about 90% mac and a few PCs like 5-6 im not sure what the right process is to scan my computers into the network inventory. If someone can help me out on how to get started or if there is something else as similar for Mac.

Have you added in the SSH credentials on the Stored Passwords under

Help Desk > Settings > Network Scan?

Also, make sure you can ping those Mac’s IP addresses from that PC
