Hi,

I had a computer which was running windows xp and ms office 2007. I formatted this computer, kept the same computer name, installed windows 7 and office 2010. I then ran a network scan however it is still showing the original software and that the computer is running xp. I’ve done this twice now and are still getting the same result. I don’t know if there is a setting to delete old information and rescan what’s on the network at a particular time and I wouldn’t want that anyway (work for a construction/engineering company so the staff are out of the office most of the time). Please tell if there is a way forcing the scan to pick up the software now on this computer.

Thanks

Shane
