Dears,
I have a problem with Xerox Workcentre 7220, I cannot scan to a shared folder in domain name, I made some changes in the printer web interface but unfortunately I forget what I did, before these change it works perfectly but now when I do scanning a message display “the job was deleted:login error”
Please help me to make it work again and please provide me with photos if it is possible,

Your username and password is wrong when trying to scan to shares or your Printer does not support scanning to SMBv1. Do you have any examples of your scanning configuration?

Yesterday I made other settings to fix this issue and other message displayed, please see the attached photo, but I did not know what exactly the main reason causes this failure, please try to help me,
Kindly note that all users can print but the only issue is the scanning,

I didn’t see any screenshot of the actual configuration on the web interface of the printer so I might not be able to help you until then.

Try taking “.local” out of your auth name. Just use domain\user.

Dear Ortega,
Good day hope you’re doing well, do you make a shared folder in your network. if you make it you have to go and specify the path of this folder in " Properties > Workflow Scanning > File Repository Setup " like this attached photo, Kindly note that I have a shared folder named " scanner " and I use SMB protocol to transfer data.
regarding to Default Repository Login Credentials you have to choose the way in which Xerox machine will access this shared folder, I prefer to make it system and you have to but user account has full control in this shared folder.
Kindly update me if you still have this issue.
