we have issue with one of these phones not having sound at all. We cant hear anything and other side can’t hear us. Can you please help us out ?

Phone seems to be connected , I can also see phonebook etc.

Make sure that you are not blocking any of the ports on the network. Also set the NAT Address Type on the Device Settings to NAT and see if that helps.

This may be something you’ve tried but have you moved it to a known working phone port?

Also might try handset and handset cord replacement.

Hey Juanoflo, thanks for your reply. I can’t access my firewall at the moment but I did try to find NAT address on the phone settings and i could not find it.

Where can i find NAT address type ?

System → Devices and Feature Codes → Phones → Specific Phone → IP Settings

Do you have one-way audio or no audio at all? If it’s one-way, it’s most certainly an issue with NAT type as juanoflo said.
