Have a NSa 3650 Firewall. This Firewall is gives out IP and internet, plus connects us to other branches and cloud that has our ERP system and database. Our other branches have the same structure. Past 2 days there has been disruption between our office and the cloud and the ERP system disconnects. the ping to the cloud at that moment is above 1000. The firmware of the firewall is up to date. Only after restarting the firewall does the connection return back with a regular ping below 20. Any response, would be helpful. Want to rule out everything,
