NTG is looking for a L1 helpdesk technician in the DFW area.
This position will be onsite at an NTG client 3 days per week 20- 30 hours per week Monday, Thursday and Friday. This person will coordinate with an Engineering team to optimize the usage of a full IT team.
Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years experience in a helpdesk environment and work well in a team environment.

We are willing to talk to MSP’s in the area to help with this coverage.
