@zbeach ​, are you thinking we may yet get an October meetup on the calendar? Or are you thinking we will push to November?

If you are still looking for topics, I’d really like to know what others are doing for security penetration testing and if they have anyone they recommend. I only have the name of the company we used last time which, admittedly, was a few years ago.

How many people usually go? Pen testing would be a good topic, security in general for that matter.

It really depends. I’d really like to see a meeting happen soon if possible. I get asked about security all the time at work and I’d like to be able to see what others are doing in the industry, especially locally.

I haven’t heard from Zach if he has anything planned. We’ll at least meet next Monday the 21st 6pm and do a Security round table discussion? How’s that sound? We can meet anywhere or we can just show up at BWW wyoming/grandville. It won’t be sponsored, but it’s still worth going to see what everyone is doing for security these days… especially with GrrCon around the corner :wink:

Sounds fantastic. Can you put out a meetup notice? I use those as proof of meetings for my year end evaluation.
