It looks like this worked. The problem is that a help desk ticket was somehow written to the Alerts table in the database. Removing that entry, running the repair scripts, and then trying to upgrade seems to have worked. I’m sending your data back now with instructions on how to re-install. We changed version numbers so you could, in theory, upgrade from Beta. You shouldn’t be running a Beta in production, but I know you already know this :-).<\/p>\n

And that’s your production version? That’s definitely an earlier beta version and you should never have brought that into your production environment.
