Hi guys,
So i came across a very weird situation.
After deploying RemoteApp, i tried to launch apps with my Administrator user.
But it said: Your credentials not work
You can see that i could login to RemoteApp interface to see all the apps published. But i couldn’t open them.
I created a new user on this domain, and somehow it worked.
Not sure what might be the reason behind it.
Someone please shed a light on this?

Take a look at the below:
Have you also tried adding the permissions for this app so it can be opened by the Administrator? I am tagging @jhart on this.

Thanks for the tag Dan.
I would guess that the particular user doesn’t have authorization for that resource.
You should be able to see more detail in the Terminal server specific logs.

The thing is: Every user in my domain can launch app easily except Administrator.
Administrator and other users all belong to mydomain/Domain Users group.
I checked the app’s configuration. It allowed all user and group to access.
I’ve seen issues where built-in Administrator account can’t launch the Edge browser.

I installed this RemoteApp a couple of times ago and didn’t see any problems.
But somehow it doesn’t work this time.
One more important thing: My friend used MAC and he could launch the app without any troubles. (of course with Administrator user)
I think this is something related to Windows PC (especially if your computer joined into your company’s domain and some policies might cause it)
