Set up next, no verification email, no emails whatsoever EXCEPT, exactly one time in the settings page I clicked on the “Change Email” option, it emailed him a link that one time, but the link failed to work.<\/p>\n
Tried the same thing again, no luck.<\/p>\n
Deleted the account, same results (x2)<\/p>\n
Anyone have any suggestions ?<\/p>\n
Before you comment it, yes the email address is correct, taken directly from our AD. This is the only account having this issue.<\/p>\n

Can you clarify, all the email accounts are on the same domain? If you have webmail enabled, are you able to login to that user’s email from the server and see if you can send/rec email from there?<\/p>\n
Is there any antivirus software enabled on the device you are trying to check the emails on? Yes all the emails are on the same domain.<\/p>\n
Webmail is enabled, and working, send/receive works for all other addresses we’ve tested, both internal and external emails.<\/p>\n
He’s trying through the webmail, as that is how we tend to access it, so AV isn’t the issue here. In addition the “Reset email” request was successfully mailed to his account. But when trying to do so, it only links to the login page, which, since he’s not verified, he can’t do.<\/p>\n
As mentioned above, I’ve checked Exchange, and run Message Trace, they simply aren’t coming into our domain for this single account from Spiceworks, I can see every other email from Spiceworks in there.<\/p>\n
I checked for hidden spaces at the beginning and end of the email accounts on both my domain side and Spiceworks side, nothing there, not that I thought there would be,<\/p>\n
It’s puzzling me, there is no reason he shouldn’t be getting them, unless they aren’t being sent. We ended up setting an alias for the email address and it worked perfectly after that.
