My team has Spiceworks installed and we’re trying to get it how we like it. My only question is, has anyone figured out a good way to get ticket comments imported?
That’s the bulk of where the ticket information is held but I only see a way to import the basics of the ticket (name, date, subject, etc)
I’m not even sure if OSticket has a native export option for this.
Am I doomed to just start over and keep OSTicket live until we no longer need it for data/reporting purposes?

Not a helpful answer but a ditto to the question… I’d be interested to hear any experience in doing an OSTicket to Spiceworks migration. I have inherited OS Tickets and it works fine, but Spiceworks looks pretty snazzy…

You can import tickets using CSV files. The information on the CSV matches what you have on the Spiceworks install.
