Hi Everyone

I have an issue I cannot seem to get resolved at all.

5 users are experiencing this issue out of 100 users.

When sending a mail outlook 2013 or 2010 hangs when the users close outlook and reopens the mail it sends without any issues.

The users are all connected to an exchange.

I have done the following with no luck at all.

  1. Recreated the users profile. No Luck in resolving the issue.

  2. Disabled the add-ins. No Luck in resolving the issue.

  3. Disabled the Anti virus plugin . No Luck

  4. Tried to use the SCANPST.exe file in the hope it might work however the application does not exist within the office folders.

  5. Used OffCAT to analyse the office configs, nothing of concern.

6 If I recreate the user on my desktop the mail client runs fine without issues must be something on users system.

The 1 user that is always an issue has the following system spec:

  1. Windows 10 Pro

  2. 4 Gig Ram

  3. i3 Processor

  4. 500Gig HDD

  5. Office 2013

I will appreciate any help at this stage as I have searched professor google’s resources and have no options for me that I can try further.

If anyone has resolved this, can you please provide me with the solution.
