Hi All,

Building my new Windows 10 system. Installed Office 2013. Word works, Excel works, everything works, except Outlook. It started and i configured my Exchange account. (running exchange 2010) Everything went fine until the program tried to load. I got a “Microsoft Outlook has stopped working” message. I started t again and it opens, my mail is there, then after about 30 seconds it crashes again.

Here’s what I have done so far:

reinstalled Office 2013

ran a repair

deleted my domain user profile and rebuilt it

None of these seem to have made a difference.

Any Ideas?

Windows is fully patched and although it might not be the issue, have you updated all drivers for your machine from the manufacturers website? And one more thing, AV, have you tried uninstalling and trying office?

{"@type":"Person
bsod
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/bsod"}},{"@type":"Answer

Might sound link a weird link but if a laptop is there any outdated displaylink drivers? This did it. Now I just have to enable the add-ins one at a time to find out which one killed it.

Thanks everyone
