Paid Support?

I am looking to move from Meraki to Unifi AP Pro’s. I need to know if there is a paid support/setup along the way if needed. Can you please let me know if this is available?

from Ubiquity not, but you can find a local company that would support you trough a support contract.

Not correct.

Ubiquiti does have a paid support subscription if you are based in the US.

However you have to go through an authorized retailer to get access to the program

for example

When did they start this? till this day I had no clue they had any kind of paid support anywhere…

Is this only for UniFi or Edge also?

Not sure about the Edge line, but they have had unifi elite for several years now… Unfortunately I am not in the US so I haven’t been able to try it out
