I hope I find you well and this question has never been asked before. Please note that I have a user who was using PDF Editor on his laptop before the hard drive corrupted . So I have assigned the user the new laptop . He now needs PDF editor on his new machine, I was not the one who configured it before so I need your help on how best can I go about it.

  • If you have license for a software, it might had been for that “old” version

If you know the name of the software, you may ask your finance and controlling deartment for help.
They may figure out, when and where it was purchased. Then contact the company for a new license key.
There should be a copy of the license information in your IT or purchsing department .
